Assoc. Prof. Dato' Dr. Fam Seng Choy, with 37 years of experience, is a Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA, UK), tax consultant, and licensed cooperative auditor. He is the Group CEO of FAM & Associates Group and the Founder of the Malaysian Association of Certified Bookkeepers and Administrators. Dr. Fam is also an Associate Professor at a university in Austria and serves on the industrial panel of two Malaysian universities.
