Since the early 2000s. Clarence Ling has pioneered education in the Singapore food industry scene. In addition to running one of the best culinary schools in Singapore, he has also been a restaurateur, owning gourmet sandwich, Brazilian, and Italian restaurants. A board member of various committees related to the industry, and with Allspice Institute, he has actively supported communities, locally and globally.
