This shows that India, Thailand bond is growing which is maintained by promising trade prospects. The Thai business scenario is changing and this can be seen in the inflow of Indian entrepreneurs and executives, which reflect the changing global trade pattern, with cross-border tie-ups and investments. And the main reason of this phenomenon is the Thailand's business ecosystem being convenient to the investors along with factors such as the good regulatory frameworks, the strong infrastructure, and the strategic geographical location. These forces appeal to Indian investors who seek to develop and spread their businesses into the Thailand markets and use the linkages within ASEAN to their advantage. Secondly, the influence of the Thailand-India bilateral trade ties is noteworthy. The bilateral agreements have made trade relations easier between the two countries and also have been a catalyst in creating a good business atmosphere which has allowed the Indian companies to explore different sectors in Thailand such as manufacturing, technology, tourism and services. The rise of the Indian diaspora in Thailand as a new avenue for business cooperation and expansion of the market is another key point in this respect. These communities play the role of not only a place where cultural familiarity and networking are provided but also the way through which knowledge is exchanged and business alliances are conducted. Besides that, the operations of Indian multinational corporations (MNCs) that have also expanded their businesses to Thailand are also attributing to the increasing proportion of Indian business leaders in the country.Keeping abreast of the latest developments in this region's business landscape, Asia Business Outlook has shortlisted the select few leaders who have proved their excellence through their innovative approach. In a bid to contribute to the business ecosystem with their result-oriented persistence, these leaders are raising the bar for efficacy. We look forward to receiving your feedback and suggestions.Sudhakar SinghManaging Editoreditor@asiabusinessoutlook.comTokyoHumanHealthSciences UniversityVietnamTHUV
