AUGUSTASIA BUSINESS OUTLOOK8NEWSROOMNATIONAL PULSE FUNNELS IN SINGAPORE FINTECH FIRM ALETA PLANETBuilding on their previous successful partnership, Zeekr and Mobileye have declared their proposal to advance the localization of technology in China, incorporate Mobileye's technologies into upcoming Zeekr models, and enhance driving safety and automation both locally and globally.Since late 2021, Zeekr has distributed over 240,000 vehicles - including the Zeekr 001 and Zeekr 009 models - equipped with the Mobileye SuperVision platform to customers in China and worldwide. The companies plan to speed up the expansion and implementation of essential technologies for the Mobileye SuperVision platform to better meet the increasing customer needs in China.Zeekr can utilize advanced road intelligence technologies for all of its vehicles. The increased partnership will allow Zeekr engineers to more effectively use Mobileye's technologies and tools for validating data and delivering software updates to customers in a more efficient manner. "The partnership with Mobileye has provided industry-leading intelligent mobility solutions to Zeekr users in the past few years," said Andy An, CEO of Zeekr. "We will hold a more opening-up cooperation and strengthen the collaboration with Mobileye in the future, to reach new technological milestones and provide a better driving experience for our users globally." The strategic management firm National Pulse from the United Arab Emirates has made an investment in the payments solutions provider Aleta Planet, which is based in Singapore. Established in 2014, Aleta Planet enables worldwide payments through China's well-known services like UnionPay. According to Ryan Gwee, the founder and group chairman, around $2 billion in cross-border payments are processed each year.Aleta Planet announced that the investment will allow them to increase their presence in the UAE, Middle East, and Africa, as well as offer cross border payment services to businesses in the region."With National Pulse and its portfolio companies that will be using our system, I think we can easily hit the $6 billion mark," Gwee told Reuters, adding that Aleta Planet will hit the target within the next 12 months.Gwee mentioned that they also intend to establish a collaboration with National Pulse to create a joint-venture company, specifically concentrating on business-to-business cross-border transactions in the Middle East, with a primary focus on the agri-trade and logistics sectors.H.E.
