Mohit joined in the year 2020, as the Sales and Marketing Head. He implemented a 360-degree marketing approach and did a lot of grass root level marketing to penetrate further into the market. The sales have increased tremendously since then and Mohit products are now a highly valued brand in Nepal. He is currently the youngest Director of the Mohit Group. Apart from being responsible for the corporate strategy, he also directly leads the Sales and Business Development verticals.
