A spiring to empower individuals and teams to define and achieve their highest potential is Pooja Bagri and through her coaching she is helping clients to break self-imposed shackles and limitations, while at the same time providing them with the right tools and mindset that enables them to create their own path to success. As a seasoned industry veteran, Pooja believes that her ability to be innately perceptive and to be able to challenge her coachees without any reservations is her core strength.
She listens for the unsaid because she is gifted with exceptional intellect and empathy which helps her to really help others re author their own stories. Aside from this, Pooja is also a big proponent of coaching through her own experience. Having gone through constant adversity and constant differentiation by virtue of being a girl, she brings her own stories and experiences to transcend the coaching experience from a purely theoretical perspective to one of innate authenticity.
Journey Of A Pioneer
Giving more insights into what makes her different from the rest, Pooja says “I walk the walk and talk the talk and this helps business leaders be able to relate to my coaching style as it allows them to be vulnerable and share in a safe space when they know they are not alone. One of the main things that makes me distinct is that I provide a very “curated” experience. I am not one of the coaches that are selling program after program that has been generalised for a group of people - be it women or businesses. I deep dive into the organisation or the group that I am going to be coaching. I understand their challenges.
After that, I curate and develop a coaching program that is suited to the needs of the organisation and tailored to the needs of the individuals therein”. Pooja had to work harder than others and is a completely self made leader. She is a big proponent of divrsity, equity and inclusion and brings to the organisations the important understanding of the three for them to be able to create a dynamic and inclusive set up. “It is still disheartening to see top management in most organisations comprising largely of men and to see the small ratio of women holding that space on the table.” She believes that a successful organisation is one where there is space for safety and for diverse perspectives and therefore runs leadership programs on DEI and helps organisations transform the voices within by making them more inclusive.
Therefore, she made it her mission to serve companies across the spectrum to be inclusive, to open up their minds to diverse perspectives and to improve their hiring and growth opportunities. Her programs have created very significant real impacts and she has been lauded post the programs for enabling shift in the team members by making the sessions incredibly engaging and interactive. Since the beginning of 2017, she has dedicated her life to empowerment and transformation. She has made it her objective to enable each and every individual to believe in themselves, to speak up, to design and charter their own journies and to curate their own life paths without any self-doubt. Pooja also strives to help people become more conscious of their own inner narratives and re author their own stories by constantly learning and growing.
Enriching The Lives Of Their Clients Through Top-Notch Services
Talking more about how she is able to deliver positive outcomes to her clients through coaching, Pooja adds, “Coaching needs a lot of courage. It is a space of exploration to understand the choices you make and the deeper why behind them. It is a space to become more self aware through deep rooted reflection to be able to identify patterns and loops of thoughts, words and behaviors. The only thing in life we all seek is to become a better version of ourselves. Success is growth. Growth in all areas of your life. In the way you think, the choices you make, the knowledge you build, and the habits you develop. If you rest, you rust. I use narrative coaching and the GROW and CLEAR models in my coaching process among others. I also use a lot of reflexive and reflective questions to help pierce through the deeper sense of purpose and why.
I am a strong proponent of finding your why as prescribed by Simon Sinek and I feel that once participants understand the deeper whys behind their decisions, their thoughts, their belief patterns, their choices or their fears, they find a way to connect to their journey of growth at a whole different level. Pooja believes that there is only one thing everyone is looking for in life. For someone to believe in them. For someone to allow them to be authentic and to be who they really are deep within without any judgements and conditions. A lot of times in life we are so clouded by the perceptions of others, that we begin to make choices that look right and appear right and lose touch with who we really are within. I allow for your deepest conflicts to emerge in a safe confidential space. The programs offered by Pooja allows for each person to BELIEVE they can.
She closely works on emotional intelligence coach to help leaders develop their EI to become more self aware, more self regulated and more open to varied perspectives ad feedback. She believes in walking the walk. Her own personal real experience and her own approach to challenges helps clients be vulnerable as partnering with someone who has been there, done that is so much more powerful than someone who is only giving you the tools but have not faced those challenges themselves. Pooja believes that it is her ikigai to serve others to achieve their highest goals and dreams in life fearlessly. She challenges the status quo and challenges the preexisting notions. Pooja feels unless there is no mess, there can be no message that emerges from the sessions. Pooja also has no fear in not buying the stories clients are telling themselves. Pooja’s coaching program helps elevate “consciousness”. It helps you to become aware of what you cannot see, helps you to identity your blind spots and helps you to master your mind to become who you can be.
