Satish shares, “In a span of just 10 years, our company emerged as a formidable force in a market dominated by established players. Overcoming language barriers and unfamiliar systems, we swiftly positioned ourselves as a leading entity in marketing and distribution. Recognizing the importance of localization, triggered a strategic shift. Inspired by the need to align with the local government, we embarked on establishing our manufacturing facility in Uzbekistan, a project realized amidst the challenges of the pandemic. By 2022, our production commenced, granting us an advantage. Having secured the top position with nearly $50 million in sales, the next phase involves leveraging our localization efforts to tap into a substantial share of the government budget, aiming to boost revenues by an additional $20 million within the next couple of years. Focusing on injectables, we strategically positioned our plant to cater to the evolving needs of a market primarily (60 percent) dominated by oral and injectable formulations.”
