Innovo Group Undertakes Construction Project Valued at AED 1B

Majid Al Futtaim Development has chosen Innovo Build, the design and construction arm of Innovo Group, as the primary contractor for constructing Elysian Mansions in Tilal Al Ghaf, Dubai. The project is valued at AED1.13 billion ($817 million) and is expected to be finished by mid-2026.

The development includes 94 mansions, each with five to six bedrooms, that are inspired by Greek mythology and have living areas starting at 11,000 sq ft. The mansions will be located on the waterfront and will feature a unique combination of art, culture, architecture, and nature that will create human-centric living spaces and foster a sense of community.

The Elysian Mansions will also feature technology-enabled homes with a sophisticated architectural style that will establish it as a hallmark development. Innovo Group's CEO, Bishoy Azmy, expressed his pride in being the contractor of choice for major developments in Dubai and his excitement in bringing the company's commitment to sustainable building practices to this community.

The Elysian Mansions will be Dubai's first BREEAM-certified project, demonstrating Innovo Group's ability to build high-quality homes that prioritize people and the community. BREEAM is the world's leading science-based validation and certification system for a sustainable built environment. It uses recognized measures of sustainable performance against established benchmarks to provide an independent, third-party evaluation of a building's specification, design, construction, and use.
