Interactive Educational Gaming firm SoLeLands Secures Funding from East Ventures

SoLeLands, an Indonesia-based immersive game-based learning platform for kids' self-discovery, announced that it had raised funding led by East Ventures, with participation from SMDV. The funds will be used for capacity building and product development in preparation for the soft launch in the fourth quarter of 2023, according to a statement from SoLeLands.

"We believe that the funding and support will enable us to provide the best platform to empower parents and educators in nurturing children's self-discovery, and learning the required life skills and competencies," said Jonathan Prathama, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SoLeLands.

SoLeLands was founded in 2022 by Jonathan Prathama (Chief Executive Officer) and Adhi Paisoseputra (Chief Operating Officer) in response to the current state of parenting. As parents, Jonathan and Adhi recognised that today's children are growing up in a technology-driven society, and that parents must provide their children with the skills and values they need to thrive and adapt in an ever-changing future landscape.

SoLeLands is a solution for ensuring the appropriate exposure and simulation to groom digital-native children. The platform has two main goals: to discover children's interests and to prepare children for future challenges.
