The (Tourism Authority of Thailand) TAT and Beijing Baidu Netcom Science Technology have signed an LOI for a strategic partnership intended to build on Thailand's appeal to Chinese travelers. This collaboration intends to take advantage of Baidu's advanced digital platforms, AI capabilities, and wide user base to position Thailand as the perfect tourism destination. The launch of the joint venture lined up exactly with the campaign of the tourism authority of Thailand, "Amazing Thailand Grand Tourism and Sports Year 2025," which is expected to solicit high-quality Chinese tourists and establish the country as a global tourism hub.
Through this partnership, Baidu will utilize its digital marketing acumen, AI-powered travel insights, and personalized content to promote Thailand's standing as a leading destination for visitors from China. With advanced algorithms and big data analytics from Baidu, the goal is to enable TAT to answer the interests and preferences of Chinese travelers with higher precision to make targeted marketing campaigns and personalized travel experiences.
