Teachmint, an educational and support startup and the creator of India's largest teaching platform, announced the acquisition of Teachee's Indian arm.
Vlight Technology Pte, a Singapore-based company, will launch Teachee in India in October 2020. It assists educators and course creators in selling courses online. With this, nearly 20 members of Teachee's India team have joined Teachmore by Teachmint, bolstering the company's course-selling offering and allowing its community of millions of teachers to grow their online presence.

manager,has also joined the company as a Senior Director, leading the business growth of Teachmoreby Teachmint. Teachmint recently made its first acquisition, acquiring Teachmore in a cash plus stock deal, which will be followed by a $78 million series B fundraise in October 2021.
