Texas Instruments plans to invest up to $1 billion in expanding its Philippine facilities, according to the Southeast Asian country's presidential communications office on Aug 10.
As per the presidential office, Texas Instruments plans to submit an application for the expansion of its sites north of Manila in two weeks.
