Vietnam Airlines and Visa have agreed to a Memorandum of Understanding to improve the customer experience throughout their journey while also strengthening the airline's digital capabilities. As part of the agreement, Visa and Vietnam Airlines have agreed to collaborate on additional opportunities, such as enabling digital acceptance capabilities and leveraging Visa Consulting Analytics to create distinct customer segments while analysing customer spending behaviour to identify areas for improvement.
