Wemade and HwikGo To Merge To Expand For Different Mobility Applications

Wemade made an announcement on HwikGo. Through close collaboration, the two companies will join forces to expand the WEMIX platform ecosystem.

HwikGo, a MaaS platform company, has created a one-of-a-kind integrated platform that provides a transfer connection between public transportation and shared smart mobility via a traffic card.

Both parties intend to combine smart mobility and blockchain technology to launch a new service that will enable mobility to expand into M2E (Move to Earn) and L2E (Load to Earn) (Live 2 Earn).

Wemade is still providing advanced blockchain services through its mainnet WEMIX3.0, global open blockchain gaming platform WEMIX PLAY, DAO and NFT platform NILE, and other platforms.

WEMIX is a blockchain gaming platform created by WEMIX Pte. Ltd that offers services such as a cryptocurrency wallet, decentralised exchange, NFT marketplace, WEMIX token staking programme, and game gateway. WEMIX Pte. Ltd. is a subsidiary of Wemade, the creator and owner of the "The Legend of Mir" IP, which has over 500 million users.

Wemade Co., Ltd (formerly Wemade Entertainment Co., Ltd) is a video game developer based in Seongnam, South Korea. They created the Legend of Mir series of MMORPGs, the most successful of which were The Legend of Mir 2 and its sequel The Legend of Mir 3. During its peak, Legend of Mir had over 120 million Asian users and generated over $65 million in revenue per month. Even now, in its ninth year, Legend of Mir 2 generates well over $20 million per month in China alone.
