According to reports, the global market for Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) is projected to reach a size of US$53.8 Billion by 2028, growing at a CAGR of more than 6 percent. However, the major pain points that clients face are the difficulties to plan for long term, both for individuals and organizations, in a very fluid and changing environment. Identifying and developing the leadership skills that are relevant for long term is tough.
When one adds to this financial pressure, in moments where the economic outlook is uncertain, it can be tough to invest and see through the immediate turbulences. However, when companies only look at their financials, and forget their people, they develop a blind spot that will prevent them to be successful moving forward. This is where EDLT Global steps in to support their clients in their long term human capital projection.
Through the founder’s two decades of experience in the HR and Leadership Development field, she came to realise that what really makes a difference is to look at development in a sustainable and strategic way. There are rarely quick fixes whatever one might think. Our unique understanding of the cultural and human factors helps us accompany companies in their transformation journey. What we do at EDLT Global is really to advocate and shape the missions we work on to think about the long term return on investment and help our clients think ahead”, states Claire Kolly, Founder, EDLT Global.
Service Excellence
EDLT Global delivers HR missions for companies looking to integrate and develop their human capital through an endto- end integrated and sustainable HR strategy. Focusing on this helps with candidate attraction, employee retention & development and supports business growth. The company also provides executive coaching for teams and individuals to help them handle changes and challenges, but also explore new opportunities or develop their strategic thinking. Lastly, through its Leadership & Development workshops, it supports employees’ growth and development in soft skills.
“We use a format that fosters participation, self-reflection in addition to learning. It can be stand alone or part of a wider development program for all types of employees”, mentions the Founder. “On the back of a wide experience in different markets and geographies, we provide our clients with a unique perspective on the diversity that comes with this. Our focus on enabling sustainable change and practices gives us that moral compass to advocate for what is right”, adds Claire.
Being a boutique consultancy, EDLT Global provides and takes pride in the flexibility to tailor the offer to their client’s needs. That initial phase is crucial as it helps to build the relationship, really understand the situation and sometimes help the client reframing what their real need is. Once that phase is complete, the company provides its clients with a scope of work that defines the content of the mission, deliverables, timing, and more, before delivering the services. “Throughout the mission, we have several check-in points to ensure everything is on track and according to the clients’ expectations. Feedback is the key to ensure maximized results”, states the Founder.

In consulting, keeping abreast of trends, changes and upcoming skills is crucial to stay on top of the game. With experience in different industries, multiple geographies from Americas to Europe, Middle East to Asia, EDLT Global has that wide understanding of cultural differences and change at a macro level. Some of its partners and team members have also expertise in particular areas, helping it to keep that versatility and “glocal” approach that clients value when working with EDLT Global.
The Road Ahead
EDLT Global was founded two years ago and since then it has focused on supporting both organizations and individuals across Europe and Asia in their people development journey. The company was created during the Covid pandemic which actually was a blessing in disguise, putting on the map how developing soft skills is crucial for organizations and individuals to succeed. The company continues to expand in a focused and strategic manner, being very mindful of the projects it selects. “We really look at how we can incorporate even more our sustainable approach to help companies develop further their social responsibility and getting results in that space. We strongly believe in leaving a positive footprint in the world we live in, and want to advocate for this in our HR, Leadership and Coaching missions”, concludes the Founder.
