Higher education in agriculture is vital for the development of sustainable and productive agriculture in Asia. In recent years, there has been a growing trend of private companies and organizations investing in higher education in agriculture. This has resulted in a new breed of agricultural universities and colleges that are well-funded and have state-of-the-art facilities. These institutions are able to attract the best students and faculty members from around the world, and they are quickly becoming the leaders in agricultural research.
