The other project was "The prestigious Eastern Peripheral Expressway." There was a situation wherein the project had to be completed as soon as possible to ensure the pollution level would come down. The key objective behind this seminar was to make the highways accident-free, collaborating with government agencies and the public. It has become a massive success as more than 300,000 participants took part in this seminar, and the campaign has been conducted in most states in more than 20 locations.
They have developed software to track the data from the roads and comprehend the root causes of accidents. More importantly, in contrast to 2015, the number of casualties happening due to road accidents was reduced by 26 percent in 2016, and the number of accidents has also come down by 37 percent.
