Unique Client Engagement Process
As a client-centric organic organization, AIS follows a very elaborate client engagement process, wherein it first engages with the client representative to understand problem areas and identify potential solutions. The company’s internal team of business analysts study clients existing systems & workflows to understands their future aspirations and then show them demonstrations of existing solutions which already developed as a product and also delivered to other clients with similar challenges.
