Unique Client Engagement Process
As a client-centric organic organization, AIS follows a very elaborate client engagement process, wherein it first engages with the client representative to understand problem areas and identify potential solutions. The company’s internal team of business analysts study clients existing systems & workflows to understands their future aspirations and then show them demonstrations of existing solutions which already developed as a product and also delivered to other clients with similar challenges. Once the business analysts and sponsors from both sides agree on the deliverables, a Letter of Intent (LOI) on the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is signed between the two parties and engages in design & delivery of solutions as per the MOU.
