The business for engineering services worldwide, currently estimated to be worth US$ 707 billion, is anticipated to reach a market size of US$ 1 trillion by 2032, growing at a CAGR of 5.9 percent between 2022 and 2032. This rapidly expanding sector made for around 5 percent of all corporate service companies and provided a range of engineering services distributed across numerous industry sectors. For the construction of infrastructure such as roads, bridges, tunnels, water supplies, as well as other structures, engineering service organizations offer design, planning, and consulting services.
Over the next several years, there will likely be a major increase in demand for engineering service outsourcing due to increased infrastructure development expenditures across the globe. Engineering consulting firm Bridgers Consultants & Engineers, based in Abu Dhabi, was founded in 2020. Bridgers has made a reputation for itself in the UAE’s oil and gas business in only two short years, forged relationships with reputable clients and EPCs, and achieved pre-qualification and registration with nearly all significant operational companies in the UAE, Iraq, and Africa.
Vision, Mission and Services
“Our vision is to be a leading global engineering solutions provider and an employer of choice. Our mission is to deliver engineering excellence by exceeding customer expectations. Our dream is to be counted among the best for employees and clients. To that extent, Bridgers today is invited for engineering work on the same platform as established engineering consultants. We are extremely proud of what we have achieved in this short span and for that we thank our team who has stood by the firm and believed in us. We still have a long way to go and we are confident that we will achieve our end results ,” shares CEO Bindu Satheesh.
Taking a very methodical approach to establishing a strong foundation, Bridgers initially focused on getting the right ISO certification, policy formations, and developing engineering procedures, standards & structure for operations in the first few months of its establishment. The firm has since been aggressively promoting and improving itself with a team of experts all of whom have established strong reputations for themselves in the industry. As a result of this tireless and relentless work, the firm was able to rapidly build its position in the market as a trustworthy and reliable engineering services firm.
Bridgers provides engineering consulting services for the upstream, midstream, and downstream segments of the oil and gas industry. They offer Concept Study, FEED, Detailed Engineering, Construction support, and PMC as part of their services. Each subject is led by a solid team of discipline engineers.
They also work with infrastructure, particularly the power industry. BRIDGERS has a wealth of knowledge regarding LV, MV, and HV substations.
In addition to the expertise of services, what sets Bridgers apart from competitors is their familiarity with clients which acts as an extra edge. “Client satisfaction is our ‘motto’ and we aim to provide a 100 percent in every project that we undertake, no matter how challenging it may be. From our previous stints in similar roles, we know that each client prefers to have an engineering team that meets their requirements of Quality, Schedule, and Cost.
Accordingly, our team is engaged in innovative, optimized designs which can be realized within the schedule of Project. We take time and engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide the services in the best possible way to meet the engineering standards as well as their schedule & commitments”, further adds Reji Varughese, Vice President.
In addition to the UAE market, the team at Bridgers is currently concentrating on international market potential in Africa and Iraq. Both locations have great potential, and they are in discussions with a number of partners about potential oil and gas projects. At this point, Bridgers has already secured a number of projects from both regions and is anticipating rapid development and growth in these and other regions in the coming months.
Future Roadmap
With the removal of COVID restrictions, both brownfield and new markets are recovering. Important FEED and EPC awards from ADNOC have been made in the UAE. Bridgers is here to capitalize on the opportunities presented by the growing need for trustworthy engineering consulting services.
