The three also had a long history of collaborating on various projects. Having a similar vision for the architecture industry of Bangladesh, the three came together to form Maverick Eye Architects.

Based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, Maverick Eye Architects is an Architectural Design and 3D Rendering Studio. Starting as a design studio, the idea to evolve into visualization works kept a fire ignited in the core team's hearts. Venturing into this area, the team also leveraged social media platforms like YouTube and Facebook which further cemented the necessity of architectural visualization as a major tool of communication with stakeholders.
Focusing on visual storytelling, the firm not only creates exquisite designs, but explains the entire concept behind every structure through a visual representation, thereby transforming how clients view the architectural process. Ruhan Islam ZinoFounder, Maverick Eye Architects
Ruhan earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree in 2008. He has worked with a number of 3D tools and technologies to meet Bangladesh's expanding need for Arch-viz. Before establishing Maverick Eye Architects in 2017, he worked as a freelance architect and 3D visualizer in Dhaka, for numerous reputable private architectural design consulting firms. IAB CAD Standards, 1st Edition (Version 1.0), co-authored by him, was released by the Institute of Architects Bangladesh. In addition to working on MEA's commissions, he mentors budding 3D artists in the Architects community by serving on committees under the Institute of Architects Bangladesh.
