We made a site visit the same day, found an owner of a run-down restaurant, negotiated with him to take his restaurant over, and transformed it into a beautiful Saudi Lounge that offered all authentic Saudi services in Portugal in less than two weeks. The fact that we have more than 17 nationalities and that we speak 11 languages fluently is a big success factor - when you need to negotiate with a simple man for whom the restaurant is his life, you need to touch his heart for him to believe.”

Future Plans of Multilem
For the future, Multilem is committed to continuous innovation and improvement. The team is constantly researching and developing new technologies and products to improve its offerings and stay ahead of the competition. “We can’t really add more to our services because we already are a 360-agency doing anything for our clients. However, we want to improve certain existing services such as our technology department and want to be able to offer more innovative, interactive, and engaging experiences than the ones we have so far.
