How Do You Differentiate Mybranch From Your Peers In The Market?
There are unconfirmed reports of close to 300 odd co-working players across India. And, in such a competitive industry, distinguishing among the 300 odd co-working counterparts is critical. My Branch is commonly associated with disruption in this space, as we are present in 50 cities across India. Typically, even the largest players in this industry are only present in 6-8 cities across India.
My Branch, on the other hand, is the only company with a presence in more than 50 cities across India, as well as the only coworking player which is present in the Northeast. We Offer co-working space across India under three categories namely Shared office Space, Managed Office Space, and Virtual Office Space. Shared office space is where corporates share the office space and we provide dedicated solutions within the office. We don’t have an open workstation format, so it’s an office-in-office notion. We provide solutions dependent on the city; in metro areas, we go up to 10,000 square feet, in tier two cities, we go up to four and a half thousand square feet, and in smaller cities, we have a light model that is much smaller, up to 1000 square feet. In the realm of managed office space or built-to-suit services, the client takes up the entire space for itself. Currently, we have managed offices in Pune, Coimbatore, and Delhi. We want to put a lot of emphasis on managed offices this fiscal year, and look at putting up another 10 to 15 managed offices. My Branch’s Virtual Office Space is an additional service that assists in saving a huge cost and gaining ease of doing the business. With a nominal monthly subscription, one can use the business address of their virtual office for GST registration.

Our vision has been quite clear and consistent since the beginning i.e., to reach 100 cities. Customer satisfaction has always been our code. And since our customer satisfaction rate is above 98 % on a monthly basis, our client itself is providing us the potential to expand. We already have an order book of 10 more cities, giving us total visibility of 60 cities. Thus, in the next couple of months, the clients will provide us with the roadmap to grow.
