Kevin Lutfiano is a certified Public Procurement Expert with expertise in infrastructure and government contracts, notably contributing to the development of key procurement regulations and documents for PPP projects in Indonesia. As co-founder of Valorem Indonesia, Kevin focuses on infrastructure and government contracts. He has contributed to drafting National Public Procurement Agency Regulation No. 28 of 2018, the foundation for the procurement of PPP projects in Indonesia and Ministry of National Development Planning Regulation No 2 of 2020, the main guidelines in executing PPP in Indonesia.
