James Costa, a native of Ohio, US, and graduate of George Washington University, has over three decades of experience in the hospitality industry. Having worked with various international brands and independent hotels across multiple countries, including Japan, Okinawa, Guam, The Philippines, Taiwan, Serbia & Montenegro, China, and Indonesia, James has gained a great deal of exposure to the various cultures around the world. As the Vice President of Operations for Aryaduta Hotel Group, Jim enjoys the many facets of hospitality, especially people. His people-oriented leadership style builds relationships to drive productivity and fosters a positive workplace environment.
