Kelvin Foo CEng, Board Chairman & Managing Director, FCIHT
Kelvin is one of SE Asia’s most highly regarded traffic and transport engineers, with over 21 years of international consulting experience. He is a Chartered Engineer (CEng) with the Institution of Engineers, Singapore (IES) and a Fellow of Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation (CIHT), UK. He also has a BEng (Hons) from NUS and a MSc Transport from Imperial College, UK. He is involved in managing and leading high profile projects spanning all aspects transport planning and engineering locally and abroad. Kelvin’s reputation is further cemented by his glorious wins in Vietnam’s Dragon Award, Singapore’s Promising SME 500 Top 10 and as Honoree of the Spirit of Enterprise he is often invited to appear on public media throughout SE Asia. You Jin has been with TTS Group since 2010 and has 15 years’ experience in traffic engineering and transport planning. Over the last 10 years, he has managed and completed more than 100 large-scale projects as Team Leader, Project Manager and Project Director in Singapore, Vietnam Myanmar and Australia. As a shareholding Director he plays an integral role in business development and client relations, and assists with the overall technical excellence and oversight of project quality and delivery.
Malcolm Soh MCIHT, Manager, Data Collection
Malcolm has 10 years’ experience as a consultant in the transport planning sector. He has been involved in leading a range of projects from data collection and traffic surveys to transport planning studies. With this experience he is responsible for overseeing the firm’s consulting activities in Singapore and Vietnam.
